Why are you involved on this project?

This project represents a great opportunity for me to be involved and contribute to research and activities (1) in Nunatsiavut, a very beautiful and exciting place and (2) contribute to environmental research that should aid in the development of a Nunatsiavut-based research/monitoring program and in doing so provide an excellent example for other community-based research elsewhere.

How does your work relate to Nunatsiavut?

The activities and research involve working in collaboration with Nunatsiavut researchers and community members addressing questions related to Nunatsiavut ecosystems and environments.

What is your favourite outdoor activity?

Hard to say - love backpacking, swimming and skiing - also generally being outside with friends.

What is your favourite place in the world?

The forest near running water not far from the ocean.  This is a place that brings me the most joy.
